The Alcohol Experiment is the only program on the planet that actually rewires your subconscious conditioning around alcohol during the 30 day break!  You will learn the science and mindset shifts that allow for curiosity and empowerment. I know first-hand the impact just 30 days can have on mindfulness around drinking. 

This group is designed for women who are curious about the role alcohol plays in their life and want more clarity and freedom. This is truly a unique experience of discovery and connection.

Here’s how it’s going to work:  

  • Starting the 1st, you will have access to our private Voxer group with exclusive content, coaching and connection throughout the 30 day experiment.
  • We meet on Zoom each week Thurs at 5:30PM ET
